The Match Madrid Hotel

Had a very very good stay for a business trip. The room was large and perfect with modern design, toilet facilities plus confortable bed as expected. We walked everywhere, the location was great and magnificent, in a quiet area.

The room was spotlessly clean and had the comfort of an air conditioner, making everything simply good.

Comfortable Room and Great Location👌

I really enjoyed my time in the room because it had a nice shower and reliable air conditioning.

The entrance had a discreet "M" sign. The room had a clever layout and a comfy bed. The shower had different options. The room had various lighting choices, including a modern and smart TV. The office area was comfortable.

I got great value for my money at The Match Madrid. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fabulous shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with plenty of markets and restaurants nearby.

The morning meal could be improved with the addition of a bottle of water in the room upon arrival.

Rooms come equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. the staff here is super nice and always ready to help out; ))

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was super clean. The shower was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. The hotel facilities were great as well, particularly the lockers which allowed us to store our luggage before and after check-in/out. the location was perfect; it is close to the metro station which directly connects to the airport, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport, and it's in a quiet area but still central.

We had a great stay at this high-tech boutique hotel. The room was clean and well-designed, with plenty of mirrors, made it feel spacious. The double bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The automated check-in process was simple and explained well. The location was convenient and we felt safe. we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I wished there were more amenities available, such as breakfast or bottled water in the room. , the location was not in the heart of the city, but it was conveniently located near public transportation.

the first was a bottle of water provided in the room on arrival, which we found refreshing after our journey. the second was the availability of a water cooler/heater just outside the room, which made it easy to fill up our bottles before heading out. the location was also a plus, with easy access to transportation to the city center, and affordable parking nearby. One more thing we appreciated was the polite cleaning staff, who did their job well.

There were also some negatives to our experience. the worst aspect was the smell of the room that we noticed upon our arrival.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, like the clever layout and comfortable beds, shows the staff's dedication to providing a comfortable stay. The location is another plus, as it is conveniently close to Barajas airport and the metro station, making it easy to get around the city.

The negative aspect doesn't exceed 10 words: Minor improvements can still be made, but overall everything was okay.

This made it incredibly convenient for getting to and from the hotel. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had the added comfort of an air conditioning unit, which was perfect for the hot weather. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the rate, which added great value to my stay.

All was well, no improvements needed.
